my goal is to put some bulk on, i'm not too worried about having a litte fat on me.

hey i'm new to all this ive been working out for prob 1 and a bit year or maybe even 2 (i don't take 2 much note). about 3 months ago i was diagnosed with celiacs disease (so i can't eat wheat or gluten products, sucks hard, and i lost 8kilos because of it, my body wasn't absorbing food, i went from 86k to 78k) now i'm back eating alot of rice for carbs and i'm 83k and going strong. i train 6 times a week and i'm eating as much as i can.
